Return Policy

Save your receipt for any possible returns/refunds. If you are disappointed with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at:

info@myhealthymarket.comto obtain authorization and return instructions. It may be necessary to refuse returns without prior authorization. 

In returning any items, make sure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. According to US Food laws, food is not returnable or refundable unless it is expired or the wrong item was accidently shipped. 


There may be a 25% restocking fee for the return of bulk quantities (4 or more) or on certain discontinued or short dated products. Please confirm whether this fee will apply before making a return.


No returns on some sale items,short-dated or discontinued by the manufacturer.

We cannot accept the return of the items unless you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization from our Customer Service. A 25% restocking fee may be applicable on such returns.

Applicable refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. If items are not properly insured and get lost or damaged in transit, refunds cannot be granted.

Refunds cannot be granted for products if the only reason for their return is that you do not like that particular flavor or color.

We cannot refund unclaimed items that are returned to the sender.


During the summertime, many products (such as chocolate bars) will melt if left in excessive heat. If you know that you will not be available to receive any package(s), leave instructions for the carrier to place the item in a cool area, with a neighbor, or not to deliver if no one is home. They will be shipped in a fresh condition. We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of heat damage.

We are not responsible for any delays or order cancellation related to customs regulations. 

If your order is returned as a result of a national product ban or restriction, a wrong address, or a refusal to pay any applicable fees, we can only issue a partial refund. You will be responsible for any charges for return shipping and/or any additional custom fees that may accrue. Such charges will typically be deducted from the order total.  The remaining balance, if any, is the amount that can be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items.  You should check with your local customs office to be sure that you can legally receive the product(s) that you order.
